mystery plant... again



i saw this plant about a year ago on a hike and took photos of it,  got a few more yesterday at the apple farm.   anyone know what it is?

    Hi Katie-
    The plant (I love to take photos of it, too! it's also fun in flower arrangements if you wear gloves.) it is called Teasel...it is a non-native and invasive weed....fun though. here is a bit more info on it.
